Dips up to 80kg x3

Swiss bar bent over row 140kg 2x8 superset with 100kg x15, 80kg x15, 60kg x15

Seated shoulder press 20kg x15
Superset with
1 arm seated cable row 14 plates x15
This superset was completed 4 times
