Front delt raises 5kg x15

Rear delt raises 7.5kg x15
superset with
Football bar rows 60kg x15
This circuit was completed 4 times
Busted and extremely satisfied with this workout. I had plenty more in me too. Mike has put this program together and all credit to him it's working extremely well!
