Squat and accessory

Much better workout. Worked up to an easy 360kg x1 in full equipment

Eccentric cambered bar goodmornings 200kg 8x1 no belt

Reverse hypers against 41" mini band 4x15

Prowler runs 40m x15

Simple but solid workout
