SSB box squat against choked average bands 200kg 8x2

Deadlift 210kg 8x1

Reverse hyper mini band pin 2 small band pin 1

Chins x8
Superset with
Shrug machine 20kg a side (first set), 40kg a side (second set), 60kg a side, 60kg a side
This superset was completed 4 times

Prowler runs with 27.5kg weighted vest x10
