Training 19/08/13

DE Lower

Hamstrings in pieces today so took it easy.

DE box squat 200kg 8x2

Left out DE deadlifts since my hamstrings are a mess

Single leg standing hamstring curls 4 plates x20
Superset with
Seated leg extension 4 plates x20
This superset was completed 4 times
