Reverse band squat 2m knee wraps and belt

Dimel Deadlifts 150kg + mini 12" 3x10

Hip extension with mini band 4x10
superset with
Hanging ab twists 4x10

1 arm kettlebell swings 36kg x10
superset with
Kettlebell front squat double 28kg x10
This superset was completed 4 times
